Diftiva helps you compare a planned amount with an actual amount, then assign
an under-plan result to a goal. Diftiva doesn’t connect to your bank or move money.
What is Diftiva?
Diftiva helps you compare what you planned to spend with what you actually spent. When you spend less than planned, you can assign that under-plan amount to a savings goal, then mark it as moved after you move the money yourself outside Diftiva.
Does Diftiva connect to my bank or move money?
No. Diftiva does not connect to your bank, read your balance, hold funds, or move money. An amount shows as Marked as moved only after you tell Diftiva that you moved it elsewhere.
What do Unassigned, Assigned · not moved, and Marked as moved mean?
Unassigned means you spent less than planned but have not picked a goal yet. Assigned · not moved means you picked a goal, but the amount is still listed under Money to move. Marked as moved means you told Diftiva that you moved the money elsewhere.
Can I record spending that went over plan?
Yes. Diftiva records it as Over plan. It will not create a negative amount to assign or count the entry as money saved.
Why can’t I change my base currency after recording activity?
Changing the currency label on existing amounts would make your history misleading. Once you have entries or goals, Diftiva locks your base currency rather than silently converting old values.
What does optional product analytics collect?
If you opt in, product analytics records a limited set of page and workflow events using random browser and session identifiers. Events may be linked to your account while you are signed in. We exclude exact amounts, merchants, notes, email addresses, passwords, verification codes, and access tokens.
Can I export or request deletion of my data?
You can download a structured JSON copy of your data or submit a correction or deletion request from Data & Account. Each request gets a reference number and requires confirmation, so an accidental tap will not delete anything.
